Steve formed Triad Controls in 2010 and is a director and co-owner of the company. In 2000 Steven joined Andover Controls and worked with the system support division, supporting clients with large Building Management Systems (BMS) throughout the UK. He was later employed by Laing O’ Rourke working on major BMS projects up to the value of £2.2 million. Steve has vast experience in Andover Infinity and Continuum systems and the Trend product (IQ2/IQ3/IQ4). He has worked extensively with integration to third party systems using IOT, BACnet, Modbus and ASCII protocol. In 2011 Steven set up a Delta Controls Partnership with Martin and have since specialised on this BMS product.
Martin is a director and co-owner of Triad Controls since 2011. Over the years Martin has done all possible training on Andover systems and is Andover ACE-certified. He began his career learning about repairs and troubleshooting. He went on to develop a high level of expertise in the servicing and maintenance of systems on site. After moving in to project management, Martin was soon running £250,000 projects. He learned about designing bespoke systems and managing teams of engineers. Martin possesses all the knowledge and skills required to go out and get the job done and manage others.
Simon began his career as a Building Management System engineer. He moved to work with Martin Rogers in 2008 and learned the skills to progress to become a management system engineer. Simon joined Triad Controls in 2012 and has trained on all the systems the company installs and supports. He is now a senior engineer and a specialist in Delta Controls, system integration and project management.
Callum has been with Triad Controls since 2013 and specialises in customer support. He has been trained by Triad Controls and also by BCIA, the Building Controls Industry Association. He is experienced in supporting Delta systems and provides nationwide customer service. Callum has a great relationship with clients who deal with him directly and looks after a number of regular maintenance contracts.
David joined Triad Controls in 2015 with a background as a building management installation engineer and is now an electrical installation expert. He coordinates all electrical installation work and has a good understanding of Building Management System installation and support. Whether it’s in-house or subcontracted work, David ensures that all systems are compliant with current electrical regulations. He has worked with Steve and Martin since 2006.
Jim joined Triad Controls in 2019 to work with David on our building management system installations after previously working as subcontract engineer on our early projects. Jim has worked with David, Steve and Martin since 2006 and is now part of our growing installations team.
In 2020, Paula became a valuable member of the Triad Controls team, taking on the role of Office and General Manager. Her primary responsibilities encompass providing essential contract support to our major clients and offering commercial and financial assistance for our substantial projects. Paula's role extends beyond these critical functions as she also oversees and manages our quality, environmental, and health and safety procedures and policies. Her commitment ensures that our entire team adheres to high standards, maintaining a culture of excellence in our work.
